The Sunday River House, built in 2001, is an open-concept chalet located in a secluded neighborhood. This spacious 2200 sq-ft 5-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath retreat is fully furnished with a gas fireplace, large hot tub, a fully furnished kitchen, cathedral ceiling and oak flooring. Located off the beaten path, it is still just a few minutes drive to the Sunday River Ski Resort and the historic Bethel village.

On the main floor are 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds, a full bath and the "Great Room" consisting of the kitchen, dining and living rooms. This Great Room has a cathedral ceiling with 2 skylights, solid oak flooring and custom pine cabinetry. The kitchen is fully equipped for many guests and includes a stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot and many other cooking accessories. Unwind by the fireplace while watching satellite TV or your favorite movie on the VCR or DVD player. French doors open to a large wrap-around deck where you will find a gas grill and a relaxing hot tub.

On the lower level you will find 3 additional bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, a family room, and washer & dryer. Two of the lower bedrooms have queen-sized beds while the third contains 2 sets of bunk beds. The family room has lots to do with a VCR, games and books.

We provide clean sheets and bedding for all beds, we DO NOT provide towels. We hope that you will sign our guestbook in the house upon departure of your stay at the Sunday River House.
